Theme: Beyond the Obvious

Designed to inform, challenge, and inspire.

Why Attend?

In an increasingly complex regulatory and risk environment, simply meeting minimum compliance requirements is no longer enough. Our distinguished speakers will challenge conventional thinking, explore emerging threats and opportunities, and shine a light on the blind spots organisations often overlook.

Beyond the Obvious will equip you with practical insights and actionable strategies to anticipate change, strengthen resilience, and build a proactive culture of compliance and risk management.

Meet Our Speakers

We are delighted to welcome four distinguished industry experts and thought leaders whose expertise spans international risk management, regulatory enforcement, financial crime prevention, and corporate compliance.

The Hon Nigel Feetham KC MP

We are also very happy to inform you that the Minister for Justice, Trade, and Industry, the Hon Nigel Feetham KC will address the audience with an initial introductory speech.

Nigel Feetham KC is Gibraltar's Minister for Justice, Trade, and Industry. Elected to Parliament in October 2023, he has Ministerial responsibility for financial services, gaming, taxation, policing, and more. A passionate advocate for youth engagement, he established the Connect Hub to connect young people with career opportunities in financial services, fintech, gaming and emerging sectors. As Minister responsible for taxation, he has also led efforts to realign Gibraltar's taxation system, balancing corporate contributions with the jurisdiction's global competitiveness.

Minister Feetham has represented Gibraltar in high-level engagement with the FATF and the European Commission in Brussels. His vision centres on economic sustainability, international compliance, and fostering opportunities for future generations.
