GACO Risk on the Rock – Beyond the Obvious: Introducing Our Second Keynote Speaker
We are delighted to introduce the second keynote speaker for the upcoming GACO 2026 Flagship Event, Risk on the Rock, taking place on Wednesday, 16th September 2026.
Continuing our event theme, “Beyond the Obvious”, we are thrilled to welcome leading technology ethicist, researcher, broadcaster, and author Dr Stephanie Hare.
As artificial intelligence and emerging technologies rapidly reshape the regulatory, operational, and ethical landscapes, looking "beyond the obvious" requires a deep understanding of technology's broader impacts on governance and society. Dr Hare brings an exceptional blend of academic rigor, industry experience, and engaging media presence to help compliance and risk professionals navigate these complex challenges.
