Advanced AML Courses 10th & 11th November 2026

Annual Intermediate/Advanced Course for compliance professionals with focus on how to get your organisation ready for the Moneyval Interviews and Compliant AI roll out.
Aimed at Compliance Officers, MLROs and Senior Risk Managers already operating in the field, this course will open with an address from the National Coordinator, Annette Perales, who will introduce where the Moneyval country training left off and how to prepare for the face-to-face interviews.
The private sector plays a crucial role in Gibraltar's evaluation process so knowing how to present your organisation has never been so important. David will be exploring possible lines of Moneyval assessor questions and how to present your responses in their best light.
AI is everywhere, but compliant AI systems roll outs are often an oversight or poorly considered. If AI is forming part of your daily workflows there are many checks and balances that need to be put in place to ensure IP, GDPR, client confidentiality is never breached. David will be taking you through the regulator's guidance on AI dangers, GDPR compliance and looking at the EU's AI Act as the foundation for a strong AI workflow implementation.
Demand for these courses is high each year, and spaces are limited.
Early registration is strongly advised.
