We are delighted to introduce the fourth keynote speaker for the upcoming GACO 2026 Flagship Event, Risk on the Rock, taking place on Wednesday, 16th September 2026.

Continuing our conference theme, “Beyond the Obvious”, we are thrilled to welcome one of the UK’s most prominent ethical hackers and cybersecurity experts, Jamie Woodruff.

From social engineering to physical infiltration, Jamie brings a unique, creative, and eye-opening perspective to how organisations must defend themselves against modern threats.

About Jamie Woodruff

Jamie Woodruff is a globally respected ethical hacker, speaker, and cyber consultant who began his hacking journey at just nine years old. He rose to international prominence during his university years after discovering a critical security flaw in a major social media platform.

• Hands-on Ethical Hacking: Over the course of his career, Jamie has uncovered vulnerabilities in major global organisations and high-profile individuals—including identifying security risks in Kim Kardashian’s online presence to ensure her personal data and followers remained safe.
• The Art of Social Engineering: Famous for his creative penetration testing, Jamie frequently demonstrates how human behaviour and physical security are the true frontiers of cybersecurity. In one memorable, fully authorised test, he posed as a pizza delivery person and pick-locked his way directly into the secure areas of a major financial institution.
• Cyber Safety & Industry Leadership: In his day-to-day work at a UK IT support and security firm, Jamie oversees services ranging from cloud solutions and penetration testing to comprehensive IT support. He also works with the Cyber Smile Foundation, offering expert guidance on cyber safety to combat online bullying.

Shaped by his autism traits, Jamie’s distinctive, out-of-the-box thinking and relaxed, approachable delivery style make complex technical and psychological topics accessible, engaging, and deeply memorable.
