GACO Seminar - AML Compliance Treaty Briefing For Regulated Entities

With the treaty text now available it is clear that there will be implications for Regulated Entities (Article 198 and Annex 17) in so far as the alignment of Gibraltar laws and practices with recent EU developments.
GACO has organised a couple of briefing sessions where participants will be briefed on the likely consequences of alignment with the 5th and 6th Anti Money Laundering Directives, the application of the Single Rule book on AML and Transfer of Payments Regulations.
