🎙 Nicole Torres Byrne – Moderator

Nicole is Human Resources Coordinator at Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation and a passionate advocate for inclusive, diverse workplaces. A qualified Career Development Guidance Counsellor, she has led workshops on communication styles, assertiveness, and leadership development across Gibraltar's professional community. She brings warmth, energy, and a genuine commitment to amplifying people's voices.

🎙 Victoria Flowers CFE

Victoria is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in ESG Fraud, with extensive international experience in AML, financial crime risk management, and compliance advisory. She has led complex KYC and CDD remediation projects across regulated financial institutions and is a recognised speaker at compliance and life sciences conferences across Europe. Victoria currently leads forensic advisory work through Koios Global.

🎙 Atrish Sanchez

Atrish is a Senior Compliance Officer at LNW Gaming and a Member of the Gibraltar Parliament, serving as Shadow Minister for Care and Opportunity. A passionate advocate for inclusion, equal representation, and social impact, she brings a rare dual perspective — bridging the worlds of regulatory compliance and public policy. She has spoken widely on parental leave, disability rights, and the representation of women in professional and political life.

🎙 Laura Graham

Laura is Strategy Director at Lottoland, Gibraltar's globally recognised online lottery company. With a background in psychology and over two decades in the online gaming industry — spanning roles at Partypoker, Betfair, Sky Bet, and Lottoland — she has built her career on translating data into insight and insight into impact. A champion of data-driven culture and commercial strategy, Laura brings a distinctive cross-industry perspective on leadership and professional growth.

🎙 Veena Mahbubani

Veena is an entrepreneur and private wealth consultant with nearly 15 years of experience operating within a family office environment. Based in the United Kingdom, she brings a sophisticated understanding of wealth, governance, and long-term value creation — alongside the entrepreneurial mindset that comes from building and advising across complex, multi-generational structures.
