GACO Anti-Financial Crime Masterclass for Board Members

This morning workshop is designed specifically for Board Members and will focus on their roles and responsibilities in ensuring that AML, CFT, CPF and sanctions compliance arrangements operate effectively within their organisations, and meet both statutory and regulatory expectations. It will examine what good Board oversight looks like in practice, the level of challenge and assurance expected from directors, and the governance, reporting and accountability measures needed to support an effective compliance framework.
Following the strong demand for last year’s highly successful session, which was oversubscribed, this workshop is being repeated for those who were unable to secure a place. Those who attended previously are unlikely to need to attend again, as the session will cover the same material. For those who were left out last year, this is an opportunity to benefit from a practical, focused and relevant discussion tailored to the Board’s oversight role.
The workshop will be delivered in small groups to encourage interaction, discussion and the sharing of experience amongst peers. This format is intended to make the session practical and engaging, but it also means that places will be limited. Early booking is therefore recommended.
Join us for an insightful morning of high-level discussion, practical case studies, and networking with peers. Ensure your board is equipped not just to comply, but to lead with confidence.
