Regulatory Compliance Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join Moneycorp Bank's Risk & Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for second line oversight of Moneycorp Bank’s regulatory compliance by carrying out regulatory compliance monitoring and hold ownership of Bank’s regulatory policies and procedures whilst working closely with a number of key business areas for advisory and strategic planning purposes.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to shape a regulatory compliance programme in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Driven by a desire to work smarter and stay abreast of new business and regulatory initiatives, you’ll ensure compliance with applicable regulations and drive forward positive change.

Working closely with stakeholders, including the front office as a trusted advisor will be an important part of the role. You’ll actively encourage a culture of compliance across the company with subject specific training and support the development of junior members of the risk and compliance team.
