GACO launches new voluntary corporate governance code

A new corporate governance code has been issued by the Association of Compliance Officers.
Corporate governance is a core part of running a business, and the new code aims to help local businesses navigate laws and regulations.
Co-author of the code, Soroush Kafiabadi believes this document will provide a road map for local companies to achieve a structured approach to corporate governance.
