A Resilient Start for GACO Women in Compliance (GWIC)! 🥐☕️
Despite the severe weather conditions this morning, the energy at the Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club was unmatched for the GACO Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers Women in Compliance (GWIC) kick-off event: “Café & Croissants.”
We had an excellent turnout and a truly interactive exchange of ideas. It was inspiring to see so many professionals come together to share their suggestions and visions for the future of our industry.

A special thank you to Esther Sanchez del Pozo FICA, Karishma Gracia TEP and Petra M., for taking the lead on this initiative. And a huge thank you to all the attendees this morning and for your contributions.

What’s next? Our team is currently busy analysing all the valuable recommendations and feedback received today. These insights will form the foundation of our upcoming initiatives and roadmap.
A huge thank you to everyone who braved the weather to join us and contribute to this vibrant discussion. Stay tuned as we prepare to roll out further initiatives soon!
