Graeme Codrington

Dr. Roger M. Barker

Head of Corporate Governance at the Institute of Directors and Managing Director of Governomics Ltd, a governance advisory firm, Roger is a UK Member of the European Economic and Social Committee, Honorary Associate at the Centre for Ethics and Law at University College London and a vising lecturer at Saïd Business School, Oxford, and Cass Business School, London. He holds a doctorate from Oxford University and is the author of numerous books & articles on corporate governance and board effectiveness. A former investment banker, Roger spent 15 years in a variety of equity research and senior management roles at UBS and Bank Vontobel.

Tim Parkman

Managing Director, Lessons Learned Ltd. Tim is a lawyer and consultant and the author of “Countering Terrorist Finance: A Training Handbook for Financial Services” (Ashgate) and “Mastering An-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing” (Financial Times). He has extensive experience in managing fraud, corruption, AML, CFT and workplace ethics risks and regularly runs in-house workshops & seminars on behalf of clients. 

Steve Giles

Steve Giles is a chartered accountant specialising in governance, risk and compliance. He has extensive international experience in forensics and fighting financial crime, first with Deloitte and latterly as an independent consultant. Steve continues to work with clients to improve their performance. He speaks on governance, risk, financial crime & business ethics around the world and is a frequent lecturer to audiences in Gibraltar. Steve is the author of two books: "Managing Fraud Risk" and "The Business Ethics Twin-Track" published in 2012 and 2015 respectively.
