GACO Anti-Financial Crime Training sessions for 2025 - Beginners Course

The Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers (GACO) is please to announce its 2025 Anti-Financial Crime training programme, offering a series of targeted courses on Anti-Financial Crime (AML/CFT/CPF) and Sanctions Compliance. This year's training programme introduces two new modules designed to meet the growing needs of professionals across Gibraltar's financial and other regulated professional services sectors: an introductory course for new staff, and an exclusive Board-Level masterclass, alongside our established advanced programme for Compliance Practitioners.

Beginners Course – Monday 6 October

(identical sessions available morning and afternoon)

Designed for new entrants to Gibraltar’s regulated sector, this course introduces the fundamentals of AML, CFT and CPF. It is particularly suited for both front and back-office staff, providing the essential knowledge to build a compliance culture across all levels of the organisation.

• Date: Monday 6th October - identical morning and afternoon session
• Time: Morning session from 9:30am to 12:30pm (Registration opens at 9:15- session will have a mid morning coffee and biscuits break)
  Afternoon session from 1:30pm to 4:30pm (Registration opens at 1:15pm - session will have a mid-afternoon coffee and biscuits break)
• Location: Leisure Cinemas
• Price: £40 for GACO members/£80 non-GACO members

All three courses will be delivered by David Parody, widely recognised within Gibraltar’s professional community for his expertise in AML and regulatory compliance.

Demand for these courses is traditionally high, and spaces are limited. Early registration is strongly advised.
